Something that has captured the fancy of many, and recently has taken on quite a boom in interest from the retail hobby stores is scrapbooking. It is a wonderful way to preserve your memories, has many different forms to fit any style or taste, and if done the proper way will help your memories stand the test of time all the while showcasing them in a wonderful personalized way. Scrapbooking is a timely hobby, those who know this know that I am not overstating that either. It can vary from just simple matting and journaling, to literally a canvas for art. What a treasure it is to have your memories, with the story all organized and in one space to look at & enjoy. It is also wonderful to show them off. A lot of people have Baby Books, well imagine that, but with beautiful, personalized journaling, decorations, and crafted to stand the test of time. Scrapbook materials as a general rule should be A/F - L/F, that is Acid Free and Lingdin Free, and for good reason....well all of us remember and may still have those plastic photo books, photos sticking to the inside, the yellowing and crumbling of the plastic... not good. With the advances and creativity of scrapbooking those bad boys are history and your memories become much much more, they tell your story! It started as a hobby for me, then while family was showing the books I had done for them, others took interest and requested some custom books for themselves. I have recently started selling small items online, and it is such a joy I am going to try and take it further - a long process and still working everything out but off to a start! As a store I will be trying to make available premade pages, personalized pages, little odds and ends to create your own pages, kits for creating your own. Another mission is to create an area where we can share our ideas and creations from items in the shop. I am always open to suggestions as to what you would like to see and look forward to dealing with you!
